While in Peru, I had 2 go-to cocktails; Chilcano de Pisco and Pisco Sour. Here is a recipe for the Chilcano de Pisco cocktail. It’s an easy cocktail to make. Pisco is made from fermented distilled grapes and is similar to a brandy. The taste is floral, which helps make it a tasty cocktail.
Ingredients:
2 ounces of Pisco
Limes
Ice
Ginger Ale
Bitters
Directions:
Add pisco and bitters into a glass with ice and stir. Cut a lime in half and squeeze the lime into the glass. Stir and top off with ginger ale. Add a lime wedge for garnish.
