I used Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey to make a Dublin Spider Highball. Spider Highballs are easy to make and you can use just about any spirt. Dublin Spider Highballs are my favorite for that cocktail genre.
Here are the ingredients:
1 2/3 ounces of Irish Whiskey
1 lime
Ginger Ale
Ice
2-3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Add whiskey, squeeze half a lime, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice.
Shake.
Add ice into a glass and pour in the mixture.
Top off glass with ginger ale.
Stir
Garish with a lime wedge
Enjoy
