Ingredients:
Tequila: 2 ounces
Grapefruit juice: 1 ounce
Agave nectar: 1 ounce
Club soda: A splash
Lime juice: 1 1/2 ounces
Grapefruit and lime wedge

Directions:
- Pour tequila, Agave, and lime juice into a shaker and shake well.
- Strain and pour over ice.
- Pour in grapefruit juice and a splash of club soda.
- Cut a slice in a grapefruit wedge and a lime wedge and place on rim of glass.
- Enjoy
Other options:
You do not need to add Agave if you’re not a fan of sweet drinks.
Feel free to stir the Paloma lightly with a spoon after all the ingredients are in a glass. I prefer not to do that because I enjoy watching the liquids separate before I drink. My personal preference.
I also don’t like salt on my glasses, so I never add salt unless I’m making a cocktail for someone else. If salt is your thing, slide the wedges around the glass before you add the Paloma ingredients. Once the rim is wet, place it upside down on a plate of salt and this will cause the salt to stick to the glass.
