Zoos, Aquariums, and Animal Refuges with Webcams

Because of the Coronavirus, we’re all stuck inside. Like so many others, I’m going stir crazy and wishing I was out and about experiencing nature and fresh hair. And my kids are wishing they were back in school and able to go on field trips.

Going on virtual field trips is what led me to search for zoos and aquariums with webcams. For those parents looking to add more experiences to their homeschool curriculum, students can research an animal and their habitat and write a report about their observations. For creative writing exercises, kids can imagine being an animal and create a story from the animal’s perspective.

Or, you can be like me and stare at sharks.
