My family encounters a problem every Saturday. You see, we are huge sports fans. HUGE! We are also a busy family. Often times, we find ourselves away from a TV on Saturdays and unable to watch our beloved Buckeyes. I’m sorry, The Ohio State Buckeyes. And when we go camping in the fall, as we often do, our hearts drift to wherever the Buckeyes are playing. Luckily, there’s a solution to this problem. I’m teaming up with Life of Dad and Tune In radio to spread the news that even when you are away from a TV, you can still be connected to the Buckeyes (or your favorite team).
I was happy to jump aboard the “#TurnTheGameUp Tailgating” campaign because I have been using the Tune In radio app for years now and it isn’t a stretch for me to sing its praises. We have used the app while driving down the road (via Blue Tooth, so the whole car can hear), while picnicking, backpacking, and camping. I also turn on Tune In while cleaning the house, since I can carry my phone with me from room to room. It’s especially handy since we live in NYC and Ohio State games are not always shown on TV.
It’s a great age to be a sports fan.
The Tune In app is super easy to download. (Almost everyone knows how to download apps by now. And if you don’t, then you should figure it out soon. Like yesterday soon.) You can find the Tune In app in your iTunes or Google Play Store, and it is free.
And even though football season finishing up, basketball season is just around the corner.
So, what are you waiting for? Check and see if your team is one of the 85 teams with their own channel and you will never miss a second of game time again.
Disclosure: I have partnered and was compensated by Life of Dad, LLC and TuneIn for this promotion.
