An Insomniac Goes Camping: A Review of CBD Living Water

Sleeping has been a struggle for me since I was a kid. It’s hard to shut my mind off. Like most insomniacs, I stare at the ceiling all night, thinking about what I should’ve done and what I have to do. I toss and turn and move throughout the night until I finally doze off.

When you combine my insomnia and camping, falling asleep is even more difficult. Also, add that I am not a happy camper. My family loves to camp, but I am not a fan. My eyes stare at the top of the tent while sweating to the sounds of nature. Then, my family encounters a very grumpy dad in the morning that just can’t wait to do all those fun camping activities, like cleaning breakfast dishes while leaning over a bucket.

    1. I stay asleep for about 5-6 hours before I need to get up. Being mid-forties, it’s that time of life to get up a lot.
