Cook for 40 minutes.
In a small mixing bowl, mix glaze ingredients.
After 40 minutes of cooking time, spread glaze over the top of the meatloaf.

When the meatloaf is done, remove from oven and let sit for 8 to 10 minutes.
My meatloaf is one of my family’s favorite meals. With 4 kids, it’s hard to find a meal that everyone loves equally. This recipe accomplishes that. I also love that it’s a whip together meal and forget about it. While it’s cooking, I can get some other things done.
Sides I like to make with it: mashed potatoes, sweet potato chippers, asparagus, side salad, honey glazed carrots, homemade bread, dumplings, fried potatoes, rice pilaf. Pretty much anything goes with meatloaf.
Enjoy.
