
As I trained, a lot of unexpected things occurred. My muscles and joints broke down, and I had to rebuild them. Some new chest pains arrived, and I had to get those fixed. My gut health also showed up as something to consider. As the gut goes, so goes the rest of the body. For most of my life, I ignored what my gut health was telling me. I put in whatever I wanted and didn’t listen to signs that something might be off. Turns out, there was quite a bit off.
