
Long gone are the days where we can ignore hydrating. We should’ve hydrated all along. In fact, a study by Healthline states the more you age, the less water you have in your body. So, it’s important for aging folks to drink more water than in the past.
I turn 50 this year and I am on a quest to get healthier than ever. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but I’m still on the journey. I have added protein drinks to my diet and when I work out; I add Osmo hydration powder.
For the Osmo Power Fuel use, I mix up a drink about 30 to 45 minutes before I work out. I know some guys drink protein shakes right before or even during a workout. My body does not like that. I need to have some space between working out and drinking the shake. The Power Fuel is easier on your stomach that most protein mixes, but I still like to have that 30 minute space.
