18″ Star Wars Rebels Action Figure: Toy Review

Star Wars Rebels is a cartoon series on Disney XD and takes place 14 years after Revenge of the Sith and five years before A New Hope. Apparently, it is going to bridge the gap between the two movies and focuses on Ezra, a young Jedi in training. My kids and I are already hooked on the show. Star Wars is the movie that pioneered product tie-ins, so it’s not surprising that the show comes with its own line of toys. Some of my favorite memories growing up were playing with my Star Wars toys. Now I get to watch my kids experience Star Wars by playing with their own figures.

One of the great toys connected with Star Wars Rebels are the 18” action figures from Jakks Pacific. That’s right, 18”! And if you have the space, there are even some that are 31”. My kids received an Ezra 18” action figure and are loving it. Since it is the only 18” toy we have, my oldest son pretends it is a giant while my toddler likes to carry it around like a doll. The toy is durable and has taken a lot of poundings without losing arms or legs. Ezra looks great and moves well.

The 18” action figures would be a great gift for the Star Wars fans or collectors in your house.
